Steps to Greatness
Terms.
What you are agreeing to when you book your fourteen days, and how we work together after that. Plain language, not a wall of clauses.
The 14 Days to Greatness
Your first session is an assessment, not a sales meeting. Lachlan goes through what you are dealing with, then builds a program for your body before your next session. Three sessions a week is the recommendation, and attendance is unlimited across the fortnight. The one condition is that you tell Lachlan when you are coming, so he can manage what your body is carrying.
Booking
Sessions are booked through TidyCal at the link on this website. Booking through TidyCal means you are also subject to TidyCal’s own terms for using its scheduling service.
Changing or cancelling a session
Things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as you can so the time can be used by someone else. Speak to Lachlan directly about rescheduling.
Training carries physical risk
Physical training carries a real risk of injury, as it does anywhere. Tell Lachlan about your health history, any injuries, and any medical advice you are currently following, so your program can be built around it. If something changes during the fortnight, tell him as soon as it does.
Who trains here
Steps to Greatness is a community, and Lachlan protects it. He may decline to take someone on, or end a membership, if it is needed to protect the wellbeing of the people training here. This is not a hurdle you need to clear. It is the same standard that keeps the room safe for you.
Pricing and membership
The fourteen days are free. What training costs after that is confirmed directly with Lachlan, at your day fourteen conversation. Speak to him for current pricing and membership terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
